I bought my Mazda 3 Sport ten years ago at the dealership and have had the best service possible over the years. Mazda is an amazing vehicle I'm proud to drive. The great service at the dealership makes the whole Mazda experience something I recommend to anyone interested in a vehicle.

I love my 2012 Mazda 3. This dealership has always been helpful. I like that they explain everything they are doing and ask before doing anything that comes up during the maintenance. They do not push repairs or upgrades but suggest when things are necessary or due. Always helpful in finding products to care for outside and inside finish of car. Friendly people to deal with; they do not talk down to you as a woman but explain fully when needed.
I absolutely love the people there. Always nice, friendly and engaging.
The guys in the shop sent me a text message the day before to remind me of my appointment 🙂 I thought that was awesome. And when I walked in to drop off and pick up my zoom zoom, I was greeted by name. Although I'm not sure how they remembered me or my name. Also thought that was awesome.
It was great and professional, I've never had such a great customer service.

My car became inoperable after being serviced. Someone from service department came out in the pouring rain, provided me another vehicle for two days, gave me a discount on unrelated repair and washed my vehicle.
I was pleasantly surprised that Pacific Mazda had also washed my car after servicing it. They also checked my records to see whether my headlamp was under warranty. Unfortunately it was not but that idea had not even occurred to me. I was very pleased that they thought to check the records.
They fit me in for a service on the day I wanted even though they were busy / full that day. They also washed my car, a nice bonus!
