Convenient place. .service area is good. Staff are friendly. Service time is on schedule when you have an appointment. Parking is good too.
I have been dealing with Pacific Mazda since I bought my truck from them 10 years ago. I received great service from the start. My 1st purchase went really well and then I’ve had years of great service from their Service Department ever since.
Recently I decided it was time to move on from my truck and had the pleasure of dealing with Robin in the purchase of my new vehicle and with Wesley in the trade-in of my truck. All interactions were positive and helpful. I am always impressed with the level of service I receive at Pacific Mazda. Every person from Robin, Wes, through to those who helped with purchasing and getting insurance were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
Very good service. Always willing to look at the minor issues associated with my car. Never an issue here. Prices are reasonable and they do not gouge or upsell. Very grateful I bought a Mazda and have them as my main service provider.
I love my 2012 Mazda 3. This dealership has always been helpful. I like that they explain everything they are doing and ask before doing anything that comes up during the maintenance. They do not push repairs or upgrades but suggest when things are necessary or due. Always helpful in finding products to care for outside and inside finish of car. Friendly people to deal with; they do not talk down to you as a woman but explain fully when needed.
I absolutely love the people there. Always nice, friendly and engaging.
The guys in the shop sent me a text message the day before to remind me of my appointment 🙂 I thought that was awesome. And when I walked in to drop off and pick up my zoom zoom, I was greeted by name. Although I’m not sure how they remembered me or my name. Also thought that was awesome.
It was great and professional, I’ve never had such a great customer service.
